We want to know if this is with simulated trading? We see that you say that but more specifically is Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On enabled?

We think the problem relates to a long query time for trade activity. We recommend cleaning up larger and older trade activity files in the TradeActivityLogs subfolder in your Sierra Chart installation folder.

But be sure only to delete the files you know you would not be needing.

I will be here at my computer all day. You can call me at your convenience anytime today. I fixed the problem with my profit and loss resting to zero, but, I cant get it to figure in my commission. I am live trading now and really need my commissions figured in. I have the commission set in global settings but it isn't figuring it into my daily profit and loss. Thanks for your help.

Glad to hear you figured out the issue with the resetting.

With regards to the commission, first have a look at the following documentation and make sure you have the proper options selected:
Trade Activity Log: Use Commission

Talked with customer. The only problem was that the option for Use Custom Symbol Settings Values was not enabled. Once we did this, the Commissions were showing up fine.

Also setup the customer on the Denali Exchange Data Feed in order to help with overall performance.
