Inaccurate hourly candles

I just noticed that 60mins+ candles are all different than what tradingview is display. I confirmed with 2 other platforms and they both have the same candles as tradingview. Not sure what i have to do in order to fix this. The reason would be due to the starting time of the chart bars which can be changed.
