I would like to arrange the columns so they're easier to follow. First, for some reason, when I create a study, there's a blank column created between two studies. How would I MOVE the second study to the blank column? Second, the spreadsheet is spread out too wide and I would constantly need to scroll horizontally to see the Date Time for a particular cell way to the right (left, right, left, right....). I tried to copy/paste A2 (date time column) but it filled the whole column with only the most recent time. Is it possible to paste the time into a designated column of choice? And, finally, can we make the text "italic" or "bold"?

Can we please be able to sort the columns by A-Z and 1-9? Also it would be nice to be able to filter as well.

This is not supported.
The blank column is to visually separate studies, however you can remove blank columns between study outputs by setting 'Blank Columns After Each Study' to 0.

I would constantly need to scroll horizontally to see the Date Time for a particular cell
Highlight column A and go to Spreadsheet >> Fix Column
(I also highlight rows 1 and 2 and Fix Row.)

can we make the text "italic" or "bold
This is not supported, but you can color the text or the background.

This is not supported.
You can insert/delete Formula Columns to put them in the order you want, but you must use this referencing format:
Working with Spreadsheets: References to Study Subgraph Columns when using the Spreadsheet Study
This may also require you to copy/paste formulas to the new columns.
Also, be sure the Number of Formula Columns is large enough to allow for inserted columns so that columns are not overwritten but study outputs.
Using this referencing format also allows you to add/remove/rearrange studies in the Studies to Graph list without affecting formulas.
