I have one saved instance of the 'High/Low for Time Period' study in my saved chartbooks where the time settings change/get lost for some reason, possibly on updating to a new version of SC as I just did to v2028. My SC folder is also synced across several systems.

Can't figure out why it keeps happening periodically and needs to be fixed consistently then across all charts on this specific saved instance of the study only, seems inconsistent, but I don't understand why the setting could ever change. Any idea and how to prevent?

Also, I have not posted here in months, and then it was a couple posts, can you remove this?

It does sound like the issue is related to this:
My SC folder is also synced across several systems.

If there is a change with Study Inputs in one particular version, once you update the Inputs and you save the Chartbook that is no longer going to be an issue going forward. And almost always we have special update code, to ensure the Inputs are automatically updated appropriately.

The support notice will automatically clear over time.
