Initial Balance problem

I have the IB set to the first 5 mins of trading, when viewing a 5min bar the IB is correct, when changing the chart to view 60m bar the IB is inccorect.

Yes of course. The chart bar timeframe must be no greater than the initial balance time period. There is no way around this.
