Denali data feed delayed - AMP hasn't paid their bill

I'm on the Denali data feed with billing via AMP.

Today I found my feed was set to delayed data with trading disabled. I have seen others complaining today with the same issue.

My Sierra account shows the Denali feed de-activated due to insufficient funds.
I have contacted both Sierra and AMP (around 2 hours ago) to make them aware and re-activate my feed. I have not received a response from either as yet so today is most likely a complete write off.

AMP is responsible for paying these funds but Sierra and AMP are together responsible for having a system in which their customers are able to make use of the services they are paying for.

Sierra: what's going wrong? Why am I getting locked out of a days work for a 20 buck bill? Are AMP a credit risk for you? I only half jest!

Others: is this typical of the Sierra and AMP relationship? I've not been with AMP long and if this is normal I'll take my money elsewhere.

What do you mean by trading disabled?

There were 5 out of approximately 100 users affected by the problem of the data feed not extending for January. We suspect this is due to a database query issue. We are looking into it. But your data feed has been reactivated. It is not due to insufficient funds.

My Sierra account shows the Denali feed de-activated due to insufficient funds.
Insufficient funds? Not sure where you saw that. There is no message which you would have seen like that.

You should have also posted the issue here on this board instead of a ticket if you used a ticket.

This was an issue strictly on our side affecting a handful of users. AMP is not responsible for it at all.

It said this in my message log: SC DTC Delayed Exchange Data | Trading is not supported. | 2020-01-02 07:22:20.238

That was my assumption due to Denali being de-activated and the account balance was 0

I posted via a ticket as it says that tickets are for account issues and this looked like an account issue to me. I will post direct to the board in the future.

That message is not related to live trading. Trading is on a different connection. We were behind with responding to tickets, precisely because of this issue. We were already aware of it. It is fine to post a ticket, but just that the board gets a higher priority.
