What do you mean by trading disabled? There were 5 out of approximately 100 users affected by the problem of the data feed not extending for January. We suspect this is due to a database query issue. We are looking into it. But your data feed has been reactivated. It is not due to insufficient funds. My Sierra account shows the Denali feed de-activated due to insufficient funds. Insufficient funds? Not sure where you saw that. There is no message which you would have seen like that.You should have also posted the issue here on this board instead of a ticket if you used a ticket.
