The time between my charts and my computer system/DTS settings defers by 10 min.

- Use of same time zone for DTS and computer system. A change of time zone doesn't help.
- The time in "Message Log" during login is displayed correctly.
- Set System Date-Time from Server performed. No change.
- The newest 64-bit version of SC is installed.
- Rebooting the system doesn't help.
- Following each step in "Incorrect Date and/or Time Display, Missing Historical Intraday Data, Chart Not Updating" doesn't fix it.

Each chart remains 10 min behind the actual time in any symbol.

What to do?

I just noticed: My data feed is delayed by 10 min! Why not real-time anymore?
I use SC with Denali Feed.

Please have a look at my account as well, My bars on the Charts as well as the time and sales data are ~10 min behind.

I also changed the time zones (the problem remains)
Msg Log Time is correct
Following the steps on the "Incorrect Date and/or Time Display, Missing Historical Intraday Data, Chart Not Updating" was not helpful in my case.

Please advise how to solve the problem
Kind regards

@User448728 (post #4) - You are not subscribed to any Real-Time data feeds, therefore you are only getting the delayed data. If you want to have Real-Time data for the CME Group of exchanges, then refer to the information here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

And if you want to have data for other exchanges, then you would need to also use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the information here:

If you still are receiving 10 minute delayed data, tell us the symbol that is delayed.
