You are running an older unsupported version of Sierra Chart. This kind of problem when using CTS T4 has been resolved in our latest version which supports a FIX connection.

There were problems with FIX in the past but these issues have gradually been resolved and further improvements are being made now by CTS.

Therefore, please update to the latest version by selecting Help >> Download Current Version . After the update follow these instructions:

The most recent Message Log you sent looks good. You are connected to CTS T4 and got historical data. This symbol is the correct symbol as well.

Are you having a problem currently?

Also your computers Date and/or Time are not set accurately. It is off by about a minute. Refer to Help topic 38
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=helpdetails38.html for help with this.
