I've cancelled my account for sierra charts through transact yet it's still showing me paying for sierra through them. I would like to move to level 5 but it's not allowing me to do so, because it says i'm unable to do so because my account is through another party.

Not available for your account type, as it is associated with a reseller. For your account, Service Package activation and deactivation is controlled by a reseller for your account. Your current Service Package is 3 with an ending date of 2019-12-31.

So you want to pay for Sierra Chart directly now? If so you need to create another Sierra Chart account. We have detailed instructions here:
