Reconnect to the data feed with File >> Disconnect and then File >>Connect to Data Feed on the Sierra Chart menu There still is a problem with your account relating to historical data. The historical data will be delayed 10 minutes. We are working on this particular issue but you can at least get real-time data now. This is not related to the problem, but go back to version 1099 by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. After Sierra Chart is restarted, you will then be able to get the CME data for the time being from Interactive Brokers. It is necessary to enable the CME exchange separately now, and pay the exchange fee. Go to this page to enable exchanges on your account: https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=SC_RTFutures_SetExchanges When this is done, restart Sierra Chart to access the CME data from the Sierra Chart data feed.
