Hello,

I am subscribed to the following equities data feeds:

- U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, BATS)
- S&P Indices
- CBOE Indices

I am trying to pull up serval symbols that are listed under (https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChart_RealTime_And_Historical_Symbols.php&SymbolsPage=Indices#INDEX-SP) and unable to. For example, when I use the symbol "$S3TR" (S&P 500 Capital Goods [Industry Group] [TR]) it just gives me zeros within the quote board. When I try a chart it says: "Symbol settings not found for current service".

What we have done for now is added a universal pattern for the symbols to route the market data requests correctly:

We can add all of the specific symbols but there are just so many of them and it is a performance impact.

The names have populated. However, I'm not receiving any updated data.

I am getting this in my log for each of the assets that you added. I have updated the symbols and disconnected and reconnect a few times already.

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

To re-download the data in the chart:
Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

That fixed the charts. However, the quote board is showing all zeros. This includes assets that are now working on the chart. I have tried to reload them a few times.
