Sierra Charts on Macbook (how to import chart files using Parrallels)

Good morning! I have some friends that use Macs (I know...I'm sorry for that) they have difficulty taking importing the charts I send them via email. Basically unable to find the file to simply drag and drop into for Sierra charts to then have them in the data file. For me, it's easy as I just simply open This PC find the parent file, find the data file then drag and drop the downloaded chart and boom I'm done. How do they do this on a Mac since they have to use an emulator like Parellels?
