I have copied the Sierra Chart folder to a flash drive so that I can carry the program and files with me to other computers. The program loads fine from the flash drive, but when I go to load a currency pair chart I just get a black (blank) screen. Please advise.

If you look at the Window >> Show/Hide Message Log, you will see what the problem is. Please look at it.

Thank you so much for the reply. Apparently when I moved the folder from my main computer to the flash drive , the path for the currency chart files was compromised. Any idea how I can setup the correct path to the new location? Many Thanks

From the Global Settings Menu. Select General Settings and make sure the Data Files Folder path reflects the correct path to your flash drive. By default it should be C:\SierraChart\Data Assuming you copied the directory to the root of your flash drive and for instance has been given drive F: the path should be F:\SierraChart\Data |

The simple solution to this problem is to enable Global Settings >> General Settings >> Always Use Data Folder within Main Folder.
