i dont understant:im trying to intall sierra chart on my second computer and when i try to connect witn transact i get:Transact WS (Not enabled on package),while sierra chart is well running on my first computer with the same transact ,why that ,thanks

It sounds like you are not logged into Sierra Chart with the account you have posted on this Support Board with. Make sure you are logged into the same account you have logged into this Support Board with. Refer to:
