The first thing to note is that the account that you are logged into Sierra Chart with is an expired account and is different from the one that you posted to this board with, as the account you posted with is active. We can tell by this line in the message log:

Therefore, log into Sierra Chart with your active account by following these instructions:

Ok, I do not know why the Message Log is showing that Sierra Chart is in Free Usage Mode, when you have an active paid account. But, let's concentrate on getting you updated. What happens when you try to update Sierra Chart?

After you try the upgrade, can you please select the button to send the log to support (in the upper right of the install window). We will go forward from there.

Click on the following link which will download the installer, which you can then run directly. After you click the link, you may be prompted to either save or run the file, select Run if given the option. Otherwise, it may just save it directly, in which case you want to run it after it has finished downloading (the specific action is dependent on your browser).

Let us know what happens when you run the installer this way.

When a particular Sierra Chart version is locked out, it will be in Free Mode. We apologize for the prior misunderstanding in regards to this.

The actual installer was never downloaded from the older version. We are looking into this now and we will resolve.
