We recently switched to the Denali Market Data with TT Order routing. We have since had a small issue. When exporting Intraday Data to Text file the data is always exported in UTC time. I've specified in "Data/Trade Service Settings" that my selected Time Zone is "New York(-5EST/-4EDT)" but the data is still downloaded in UTC. We didn't have this issue with our previous data service through you guys. Am I missing where I should specify this? I've searched everywhere and have found no answer.
Your help is much appreciated.

This definitely is not specific to the particular Data or Trading service being used. It could not be.

The problem is, you are not using the right command. You need to use this one:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Export Bar Data to Text File

I needed tick level data. I'm not sure how my partner was able to download it straight away in EST time from your platform. I just wrote a program to convert the data once exported to my machine.
Thanks for the response.
