There is a missing data contract month for PA (Palladium NYMEX) from 11/27/2017 to 2/26/2018 daily data. Can you please investigate?

I followed the instructions provided and yielded the same results. I see all contract months in the Multiple Symbol Selection Window with the missing month (PAH18) and select to delete all data and download. There is still a data gap between 11/27/2017 to 2/26/2018
