Good morning,

I did a live trade last night and purchased the Micro British pound. I went long and got in at 1.2919 and set a rule of Triggered Trail Stop ..indicating I had a 10 Ticks Stop Offset for protection if price went south to 1.2909. Also, within that Triggered Trail Stop, I set a Trigger Offset of 4 Ticks and a Trail Offset of 6 Ticks... so when I got up this morning and checked, looks like I got stopped out at 1.2909...but upon looking at the chart, I do see that price did go my way and went up to 1.2932 before heading south..that means the Trigger offset and Trail offset did not work or I would have been stopped out when price went back down to 1.2928... Can you please look at why my platform is not doing what it's suppose to do...

Was Sierra Chart and your computer running, not sleeping, at the time? Anytime there is a modification of a trailing order including when the trigger has been met this is logged in the Trade Activity Log:
Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity

Refer to that to see if it occurred but perhaps there was a rejection by the external service.
