Chart margin and scaling

Dear Sirs,

1) Is there Setting to make the spacing on the side of the charts even smaller? (see depiction attached).
2) Why is it possible with some ES Futures Charts to make the scaling 0.1, instead of 0.01 increments, but not with all charts?

Thank you. I've read thru all your materials.

For everyone else reading this post the simple answer:
is the "Auto-Set From Data Feed" ticked or not in the Chart Settings menu (F5).
See picture.

As for point 1, there must be a reason why some chart have a much broader empty margin (see Empty margin difference picture).
Both charts have the same content, just in different time frames. Yet one has double as bi an empty margin as the other.
The phenomenal is visible on many charts.
Why is that?
