Order fill error

Why did this happen? The image shows an arrow next to an order fill that was not executed for some reason. I had associated stoplosses with each order shown there. These were scale in trades and the original position (the one shown with a green line) shouldn't have executed here.

There just is no associated fill for that particular entry fill yet. It could be missing or might not be loaded. Refer to:
Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Accurate Entry/Exit State, Fill Matching and Position Quantities

Best way to analyze this is through the Trades tab of the Trade Activity Log:

And make sure you have set the Trade Activity Log to have the same Start Date-Time for the fills as the chart:
