Trade Orders Window black after upgrading

Trade Orders window is black on all 6-installations I recently upgraded to V2017, can this be fixed?

Thanks; I tried the instructions you refered me to and the colour for the "General Text Window Background Color" was already white in the settings but TradeOrders Window is still black; If I change to say colour yellow it changes to yellow background on the other Windows like Trade Servce Log, Message Log but not the TradeOrders window which stays black. Please note that I have never used these settings to change from the default colours and have always used the default white background, it only changed after upgrading to v2017 and is only black on the TradeOrder window.

I have the same issue after trying all the steps suggested above. Please see screenshot. (the graphics settings and trade orders window belong to the same sub-instance)

In version 2020 if the foreground and background colors are the same for the Trade Orders Window they are now reset to default. So the easiest thing to do is just update to version 2020.
