Hi Sierra Support,

I've run into an issue on two occasions where I've tried to duplicate a chart to another chartbook and I get a message log pop-up that I can't close out of. I can see the software still running in the background, so it's not causing it to freeze, however I can't minimize or close the message log, which prevents me from being able to click on anything else in the program as well. I have been able to duplicate charts and DOMs to different chartbooks on numerous occasions, but within the last two days I've had this particular issue twice and the only way to work around it is by force quitting the whole application and potentially losing any changes that I didn't recently save. In this instance I did force quit and then once I started the program up again I was able to duplicate the chart without any issues. In case it is helpful I do have a screenshot of the message log that I can attach if requested.

Thank you!

If you have the problem again provide an image of the Message Log showing the particular message displayed in there. It sounds like it would be an "exception" message.
