Lost With Trans Act Feed

I am totally lost with the feed from Trans Act. I had been using v1941 for some time now but started getting messages about it not being supported much longer. So I upgraded to v2014 and still can't get the feed to work. The Trans Act people by the way said it should. If I have read everything correctly you have done all you are going to do on this issue and I understand that. My question therefore is are there special instructions that I may have missed somehow to get this thing going or is this just an issue on my end that I'm going to have to live with? I'm using my backup feed at the moment (Rithmic) but always felt that the TA feed was better. Thanks-

I assume TransAct told you already, but there is a page on the TransAct Client Portal where you have to activate the appropriate setting, for example 'Sierra Charts Direct'.

Most likely you are getting an Account Logon Error. In this case, refer to:

User907968, I want to thank you for the help as that was the problem. Unfortunately the last time I contacted TA support they simply told me I was good to go. Not a thing about Sierra Charts Direct.
