Hi,

I'm having an issue where when I have my trading DOM opened, I can only scroll up or down about 100 ticks worth of price, then it blocks me from scrolling anymore

on the trading dom on the chart I can see that I have access to the market depth data, but on the trading dom itself I can't scroll up and down as much as I would like.

Any way I can fix this so I can scroll infinitely the range of market depth on my trading dom?

Thanks

What you need to do first is increase the range of displayed prices explained here using Interactive Scale Range:
The Chart DOM Scale: Interactive Scale Range

And then you can Move the scale after.

Thank you for the response - this works , but when I use the scale range , at a certain point the values start overlapping and distort to the point they cannot be read, and placing orders at specific tick values becomes impossible.

What I really want is just to be able to keep the scale setting I have but be able to scroll the trading down up and down without hitting scroll limitations - is it possible?

Any progress on increasing DOM scroll limit? I've got the same request. Is there a reason it can't be unlimited?

Yes this was already done. Are you encountering a limit?

There's a limit when I scroll with the trackpad but can go up further when doing ctrl+drag.

We found the reason for this and this will be resolved in the next release.
