Global graphic settings and DOM replay not working

Hi Sierra Support,

I am currently in the trial period of the software and have been very impressed overall. I ran into two issues and am hoping someone can point me in the right direction:

1. I adjusted a number of different parameters in the global graphics settings so that whenever I open a DOM for a chart it will use the settings that I selected. A few of my selections carried over but not all of them. I ensured that I selected the "enable" box whenever necessary. I had a similar issue with trying to change graphics settings for Time and Sales, they didn't go into effect until I restarted the software and even then weren't entirely what I selected.
2. I selected the option to record market depth data under symbol settings for both the ES and MES several days ago. However, when I try to replay a DOM (for the time since I started recording that data) following the instructions on your site I am still unable to get any historical depth data.

Since I'm new to the software the issues are likely on my end so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

As a side note: I did also encounter an issue with a DOM that you may want to know about. It was detached and marked to always be on top. I minimized it and when I went to pull it back up it was nowhere to be found. I know that I didn't exit out of it since I had been very cautious not to do so and I didn't get any pop-ups asking me whether I wanted to close out as I normally would. It's not that big of a deal, but I just figured I'd let you know.

Hi again Sierra Support,

Quick update: I was able to figure out why the DOM replay wasn't working, my apologies for reaching out regarding that. I was under the impression that all market depth historical data since the time I selected "yes" to record data for the symbol would be available, I did not realize that it was only the periods during which my computer was awake that that information would be recorded (silly mistake, sorry for wasting your time).

The global graphics settings changes are still not carrying over for the changes I made to the Trade DOM, Chart DOM, and Time and Sales.

Thank you.

1. Check the Graphics Settings window for the particular chart or Trading DOM and make sure it is set to use the global graphic settings:
Graphics Settings: Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings

2. Check to see that you have the historical market depth data. More information about this is here:
Replaying Charts: Replaying of Market Depth Data

It was detached and marked to always be on top. I minimized it and when I went to pull it back up it was nowhere to be found.
This is 100% strictly operating system level issue. We tested this, and the best we saw was the first time we selected it again on the system taskbar, it did not appear but we selected it again and it did appear. In any case, this is not anything we can do anything about. It is an operating system level issue.

Thank you, that worked.

Off-topic question with regards to pricing:
Is the monthly cost the sum of the service package that I choose to subscribe to (likely package 5 so $36/month if I don't pay in advance to get the discount) + $25 for the Denali Feed (my orders will clear through Interactive Brokers so I don't need Sierra's order routing service) + Exchange fees (I'm a non-professional and need market depth data so $5.25 to $15.75 depending on which symbols/exchanges I require)? Is there anything that I'm missing?

Thanks!
