Hi Sierra Support, I am currently in the trial period of the software and have been very impressed overall. I ran into two issues and am hoping someone can point me in the right direction: 1. I adjusted a number of different parameters in the global graphics settings so that whenever I open a DOM for a chart it will use the settings that I selected. A few of my selections carried over but not all of them. I ensured that I selected the "enable" box whenever necessary. I had a similar issue with trying to change graphics settings for Time and Sales, they didn't go into effect until I restarted the software and even then weren't entirely what I selected. 2. I selected the option to record market depth data under symbol settings for both the ES and MES several days ago. However, when I try to replay a DOM (for the time since I started recording that data) following the instructions on your site I am still unable to get any historical depth data. Since I'm new to the software the issues are likely on my end so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. As a side note: I did also encounter an issue with a DOM that you may want to know about. It was detached and marked to always be on top. I minimized it and when I went to pull it back up it was nowhere to be found. I know that I didn't exit out of it since I had been very cautious not to do so and I didn't get any pop-ups asking me whether I wanted to close out as I normally would. It's not that big of a deal, but I just figured I'd let you know. |
