1 tick price bar doesn't match with the volume

Is it normal behavior in 1 tick bar chart if the volume is only 1 contract but the price bar height is 3 ticks OR if the volume is 2 contracts but the price bar height is 25 ticks ?

Make sure you followed step 7 here:
Tick by Tick Data Configuration: Instructions

Actually we see what the problem is. You scrolled back in time to another contract month and only 1 second data is available. Simplest thing to do now is to update the latest prerelease 2014 because the newer versions use different historical data for CQG users which is tick by tick even for prior contract months.

I did the whole TickByTickDataConfiguration procedure again (each step) but it still does not give any help for the situation.

But I think I found the problem. For some reason only the newest contract will fetch with interval 0. Others are 1.

Here is the log entries:
