Sierra Chart - Max - Posts: 5605



I am a Sierra Chart subscriber wishing to install on a 2nd PC running Windows 7. I have downloaded the Sierra Chart installer but when I try to install I get the following error message:

Maximum number of retries encountered. Refer to log. Download cancelled.

I have also tried to send log to support using this email address but not sure if this has been successful.

In the log there is a Windows error code 10013. An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.

Please can you advise me as how to proceed.

This looks like the problem:
