delay i preesing commands

i updated yesterday the new sc. since this time i have a delay in sc. that means it takes time to take one Chart for example to the next monitor,or to draw a line. it is not fluent.

There definitively is no problem with this Chartbook. During all of our testing the CPU usage remains at 0%. We had a 400 ms chart update interval and we also did a chart replay of all charts in the Chartbook at 120 times, and the program maintained full responsiveness, with no delay, and 0% CPU usage. In other words, CPU usage was just not measurable. Study calculation times, for all the studies are very very low.

We recommend checking your system hardware.

We did notice an increase in CPU usage, as the replay continued, but we do not think that is anything new and we think that is more an operating system level problem probably related to the message queue. We will be looking into that.

Hi , ist 22:50 , Berlin Time, and now I try SC again. it runs fluently, a can do some lines etc. ,

I also uploaded the new Windows 10 update and it´s ist defintly not on the Windows or my Hardware. It´s on Sierra. Please can you solve the Problem for me?.

We cannot identify the problem because we cannot reproduce. Try using prerelease version 2014:

A video file is definitely completely useless to us. Do not spend any time with that. We will only delete them.

Our best estimate about the problem is that it may relate to graphics. What do you have the Chart Update Interval set to?:
General Settings Window: Chart Update Interval (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Update Intervals)


And do you use any studies or Chart Drawings that use transparency?
