Hello, i'm currently funding an AMPfutures account. I want real time data from Sierra Chart real time service, with funded non pro account fees (All cme bundle + Eurex). I wish to know the proper way to establish this setup On AMP setup page, it asks which version of sierra I want. There is an option of Sierra + TTfix, but with Denali exchange, which is not what I want as I want the full Sierra Chart Real time service. So first question, is what should I chose on AMP setup side for Sierra Chart data feed? |

The first thing we want to verify is that you will be using the Sierra Chart Order Routing. If you are, then the selection of Sierra + TTfix is correct. But you are correct, you do not want the Denali data feed, as that does not give you access to Eurex. Therefore, you would need to setup the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed with the following exchanges directly with us (Sierra Chart): - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts - Eurex with Market Depth This data feed would then be paid for directly to Sierra Chart and you would need to keep your Sierra Chart balance up to pay for it. AMP's platform setup form only lists an option whereby AMP set up a Sierra Chart license (package 3) and provide and bill for the Denali feed at $20/month with TT routing (see attached). They do not provide for the option of a user that takes a Sierra Chart license and data directly from Sierra Chart and only requires the TTfix routing. They have advised me previously to put "NOTE! TTFIX ROUTING ONLY! I TAKE DATA + PLATFORM DIRECT FROM SIERRA CHART." after the account number in their setup form. Live chat says 'leave a note on the form' but there is no free text field on their form :rolleyes: It would be helpful if Sierra Chart can guide AMP to add an option to their Platform Setup form that caters for users that contract with Sierra Chart for the platform and data and simply require the TT fix routing. |
