AMP's platform setup form only lists an option whereby AMP set up a Sierra Chart license (package 3) and provide and bill for the Denali feed at $20/month with TT routing (see attached). They do not provide for the option of a user that takes a Sierra Chart license and data directly from Sierra Chart and only requires the TTfix routing. They have advised me previously to put "NOTE! TTFIX ROUTING ONLY! I TAKE DATA + PLATFORM DIRECT FROM SIERRA CHART." after the account number in their setup form. Live chat says 'leave a note on the form' but there is no free text field on their form :rolleyes: It would be helpful if Sierra Chart can guide AMP to add an option to their Platform Setup form that caters for users that contract with Sierra Chart for the platform and data and simply require the TT fix routing.
