Rolling to January 2020 this morning and lose all my historical data back to 2009.

I have done repeated "delete and download" to no avail. Gone back to Dec. 2019 and repeated the rollover, done restarts, etc and can't figure it out

I'm out of ideas

Please help

This was an issue on the Rithmic side and now is resolved.

Follow the instructions here to download any missing data :

I feel like an idiot, but I have tried again based on the documentation you provided and I get the same result.

The intraday date begins this morning my time, CST, for CLF0. The daily chart has a gap from 12/29/2009. I cannot get it to load any data in the interim using Edit - Delete All Data and Download.

When I go back to CLF9, all the data - continuous contract, volume based rollover, back adjusted - is good.

I am at my wits end and will pay you to remote in a fix this issue if that's possible.

There is another gremlin that is taking my crude (CL) charts that are set for RTH, regular trading hours, and when I reboot, the chart come up showing extended trading hours. The session times are correct and "use evening session" is not checked, so I have no idea why it is doing this (only with my CL - crude charts).

This is an irritation. The missing data is a crisis.

Thank you. Please let me know what can be done about the data.

Regards

^^^^^^^^^^

session times are not linked on the crude charts that reset from RTH to ETH when rebooted

Is there some way to restore my charts to last Friday?

I don't know if that will help because every time I try to rollover there is a gap from the time I first tried to roll (which I have been doing with no problem for years) back to January 2010.

SUCCESS!!!!!!

I loaded the most recent version, 2011, and it solved my problem!

Sorry to be a PITA.

Thanks

The problem relates with a translation from a single digit year to a two digit year in Rithmic symbols. This has been resolved as of version 1976.

Hi, I have same issue with historical charts. I am still using version 1941 with transact in order to trade live, so I canĀ“t update to the latest version. Is there a way to fix the problem? Thanks

Regarding post #8 what is the specific issue you are having? We need you to describe it in your own words. You cannot just post in another thread and say you have the same issue. It does not mean anything to us.
