Good day guys, I have activated a trial that should give me real time futures data.. I am still recieving the delayed feed. can you please help? thank you, Akinsano |

Update Sierra Chart to version 2010 as explained here: Software Download: Fast Update With this version you will receive streaming delayed data. Good day, I appreciate your response and its timeliness, I now understand where I was wrong.. I would like to now move completely to futures, however, I dont think brokers like Optimus or TransACt will even give me a trial and Sierra Charts because I've used that before. All I need is two weeks of real time streaming on ES, OIL, and Gold futures, do you think you can assist me? thank you, Akinsano |

Your first month with the CME Exchanges is free. So you can activate any of the CME professional exchanges that you need. You will not have to pay the Exchange Fees until the beginning of next month. You can activate those exchanges here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures&UserID=152514#Exchanges Just be sure you disable those exchanges before the beginning of next month or you will be charged the full amount on December 1, 2019.
