when I enter order on charts (w/ chart trade mode on and order display on), it does not show on the trade dom and vice versa. however, in simulation mode, they work (show order on both chart and trade dom) fine. what am i doing wrong?

i checked per your suggestion/instruction. everything looks fine. like i said, what is puzzling to me is...it works fine in "simulation' mode but not in "trade" mode.

different trade account was assigned to some charts. not sure how this happened and did not know that you can assign different account numbers to each chart. there should be a way to sync trade account number on charts.
