Chart lag issue

I am experiencing chart lag at times of increased activity on the two markets that I trade - CL & ES. I have not always seen the behaviour. I have enjoyed using Sierra up until this started to happen but I can no longer trust the software. Can you help before I give up and go elsewhere?

I am running version 2007 - 64 bit. The chart update interval is set to 450ms. My computer is an I7 -6500U with 8gb memory

Yes we can help you. The problem is with the Transact data feed. This is not a Sierra Chart data feed. You need to use the Denali exchange data feed instead:

I followed the instructions (I think) but I receive no data and the next time that I log in to Sierra the data feed has reverted to TransactWS again - could you please help with that?
