hyperlink between a date and time in a spreadsheet and the same date and time in a chart

Is it possible to set up a hyperlink between a date and time in a spreadsheet and the same date and time in a chart? If so, how do you recommend doing it? For example I click on the link in the spreadsheet and the chart opens/goes to that date and time.

The emphasis would be on the "going to" part of the question - if the chart were already open. Another good thing would be if you could just type in the date/time you want to go to directly on the chart, like you do with the instrument or the bar period, instead of using the go to dialogue box.
