I am missing suddenly paypal. On how payment options are reduced I wonder if you will make the software open source? |

What about other options? GiroPay, Sofort, Skrill, G-Pay, Apple, ...? There are so many uncomplicated ways in these days. |

Google pay and Apple pay are supported through the Stripe payment option.
Not really, since choosing the stripe checkout, it immediatly wants to have a creditcard. Sofort is a good choice. You will have almost no trouble there. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-11-09 09:00:32

Hi, there is still no change with the Stripe payment page. Nothing for Google Pay and the only option is to use credit cards.

Make sure you are paying by using Chrome. And are you set up for Google pay through your Google account and are you logged into that?

Yes, on Chrome, logged into email, and also have and use Google Pay for other payments, did you see my attachment? All it shows is credit card options

I also wrote Stripe and they were not able to help as they said it was an integration issue on Sierra's end. Also note, I am trying to pay from Canada, and I did ty using an American IP and that failed as well. "Thanks for writing in today with your questions regarding the payment portal on Sierra Charts. I wish I could provide more support on this issue, but since Sierra Charts has built their own website to integrate with Stripe, they'll be the best resource for this particular issue. Since they've built that integration, they'll be able to go into their website and see what's causing the checkout page to not work. You can reach out to their team through their contact page here" |

There is nothing we can do from our side. This is from their documentation: Accepting Google Pay on the web
You can start accepting Google Pay payments on the web using using Checkout or Elements. No additional configuration is required to use Google Pay in Checkout. We are using "Checkout". We did a test now after adding a credit card to a Google account and we do see the Google pay option on the checkout page when using a current version of Chrome. Well, just letting you know, as a user from Canada, with the latest Chrome, with credit on GooglePay and also 2 cards plus attached to it, there is no option to pay with Google or Apple pay, only credit card options

This means this Stripe check out page is not well-designed, or something on the Google site is not well designed to be this sensitive to cookies.

I have no doubts you guys do your best. Although, I just wonder... there are so many options. I from my point of view am sure, also amazon, you will greatly benefit on supporting some of those below. For european customers "Sofort" / "Klarna" would be great. Saying so, means I really like Sierra, and never want to change, so I guess it is your interest to be accessible by many (potential) customers.
