I also wrote Stripe and they were not able to help as they said it was an integration issue on Sierra's end. Also note, I am trying to pay from Canada, and I did ty using an American IP and that failed as well. "Thanks for writing in today with your questions regarding the payment portal on Sierra Charts. I wish I could provide more support on this issue, but since Sierra Charts has built their own website to integrate with Stripe, they'll be the best resource for this particular issue.
