Running Sierra Charts on PC

Hi,

At the moment I am running Sierra Charts on my laptop. I also wan to run it on PC in case of emergency. I downloaded Sierra on the PC, but unable to run it. I have entered the login details etc.

I get the following message
Connection error message from service ... DTC server program c:\SierraCart\Rim\DTCBridge.exe


Also can I transfer my templates and chart setting to the PC.

Rerun the installation on your computer again by selecting Help >> Download Current Version, and when you get the initial installation window, be sure to check the option for Install Optional Components. This will install the missing program.
