A month ago, I took a trial from Global Datafeeds India. The range bars(10tick/50Tick truetick) were updating price but the latest bar was plotting bigger than the set range. I have reported the bug and shown the problem during live markets to their support team. They have confirmed that they will be fixing it. I am waiting for the status. Meanwhile, I have one doubt. I trade with Interactive Brokers. How can I simultaneously connect SC to Data service (Global Datafeeds for data) and Interactive Brokers for sending automated orders? Also, convention for symbols are also different. How to map them?

We think the problem you have with Range bars is what is explained here:
Number Of Trades, Volume or Range Bar Charts Do Not Match Setting or Are Not Accurate or Are Inconsistent: Last Bar in Chart Exceeding Range

It is not something for Global Data Feeds to fix.

I am unable to get any symbols in the symbols settings by clicking on Update From Server.
This is something we are working on. But allow about a month.

Can you provide remote assistance to configure?
This is not something we provide technical help for.
