Cumulative Daily Volume study not matching QuoteBoard value

Thank you in advance for help on this. I do appreciate the help.

Why does my Cumulative Daily Volume study not match the volume value shown on the QuoteBoard? Regardless of how I change the session times on the chart I can not get the number to come remotely close.

Example, today in CLEZ the QuoteBoard says 573k in volume yet the study shows around 495k. If I'm not mistaken, I remember reading in the forums that the QuoteBoard gets its number from the data provider which is CQG.

If this is the case which number can I rely on as a more accurate number?
Or is there a better way I can go about this? Ultimately I would prefer to use the number in the study.

Best Regards!

We really have to stop these questions, because people write at length about this, and just get a standard answer. This really is taking our time and users time.

Maybe to help prevent this you can add the question "I have searched for the answer on the FAQ board" before someone has to post a new topic. If they answer NO and hit submit they will be taken to the FAQ section. If YES then they will be taken to the page where they can post a new topic.

I didn't even realize you had an FAQ section (and I'm sure most users don't) and if I did I would have checked. You have the FAQ section under the Documentation menu and I was expecting it in the Support section (this is a very common place to find it). I always try to search the forums through Google search so I am not asking a repeated question. I didn't find an answer so I posted a new topic. So also maybe include the FAQ link under the Support Menu to help prevent stupid idiots like me from asking questions and wasting your time.
