Maybe to help prevent this you can add the question "I have searched for the answer on the FAQ board" before someone has to post a new topic. If they answer NO and hit submit they will be taken to the FAQ section. If YES then they will be taken to the page where they can post a new topic. I didn't even realize you had an FAQ section (and I'm sure most users don't) and if I did I would have checked. You have the FAQ section under the Documentation menu and I was expecting it in the Support section (this is a very common place to find it). I always try to search the forums through Google search so I am not asking a repeated question. I didn't find an answer so I posted a new topic.
