Using the Sierrachart DOM

Hi, I have an account with Infinity & Sierrachart. I would like to use the DOM from Sierrachart. How can i do it? For the moment, i only can trade on Sim with Sierrachart DOM. Message from Infinity: "You are able to trade through Infinity. As mentioned, if you would like to be able to trade through Sierra, you must contact them and request access to trade live. There are definitely no restrictions on the Sierra Chart side relating to this so we have to call you to look at this. When is a good time to call?
