Using the Sierrachart DOM

Hi, I have an account with Infinity & Sierrachart. I would like to use the DOM from Sierrachart. How can i do it? For the moment, i only can trade on Sim with Sierrachart DOM. Message from Infinity: "You are able to trade through Infinity. As mentioned, if you would like to be able to trade through Sierra, you must contact them and request access to trade live.
