Using the Sierrachart DOM

Hi,

I have an account with Infinity & Sierrachart.
I would like to use the DOM from Sierrachart.
How can i do it?
For the moment, i only can trade on Sim with Sierrachart DOM.

Message from Infinity:

"You are able to trade through Infinity. As mentioned, if you would like to be able to trade through Sierra, you must contact them and request access to trade live. "

You just need to make sure that Trade Simulation Mode is disabled:

I know The Trade>Trade simulation Mode on.
I used the Sierrachart DOM for 2 months when i was with Stage 5.


But i ve quit Stage 5. For Infinity.
And Infinity has his own DOM.

And Sierrachart DOM is blocked.
On Sim what ever i do.
Sim When Trade Simulation On
Sim when Trade Simulation Off.

But I m used to Sierrachart DOM.
I would like to trade again with Sierrachart DOM.

Markus from Infinity told me to contact Sierrachart to unblock the DOM.

Thanks to unblock Sierrachart DOM.

There are definitely no restrictions on the Sierra Chart side relating to this so we have to call you to look at this. When is a good time to call?
