Dear sirs,
I am opening and funding my Account with Philips Capital and planning to use your platform for trading fututres, I have still some questions to make:

1) Were will I see the margins with the live account? In the "Trade positions window" ? i've already asked this and you sent me a link, which I read , but still it's not clear to me (I don't know may be my English is just not good enough) Can you, please, give me direct answer to this question? The same about the balance of account changing, as the position is going up or the down, the balance of account will change, were I can see it?

2) To switch to live account do I just have deselect "Trading simulation mode on"?

3) In case of Bracket order or OCO order, if I close my computer or it will crush or I lose the Internet connection, will my order be executed by my broker anyway because it goes directly to their server or it stays only on my platform and therefore it will not be executed?

4) Once I paid and activate my account with you, can I use Sierra chart on 2 computers? I do not mean simultaneously, but just to log in to another computer with the same account in case of necessity?

5)If I want to use Simulation mode again, will it available as well? Again the like second question: do I have just select "Trading simulation mode on"?

6) For now I couldn't use the tick chart, but as I suppose it will be possible once I have real account and real time data? What do I have to do to display it correctly (couldn't find the right page on your website with such information).

1. In general neither of these are supported.

2, 5. Yes.

4. Yes.

6. At any time when Sierra Chart is active you can use charts bars based on the number of trades. If you have any further problem, then refer to:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Missing or Incomplete Intraday Chart Data

At the moment your Sierra Chart account is expired. So it is not able to download any new data.

The most reliable service to meet your needs would be this one:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

This service supports server-side bracket orders.

This is not supported through Phillips Capital.

With Phillips capital they would put you on CQG and there are not server side bracket orders and you are going to have connectivity and lagging market data problems and you are going to be unhappy and you are going to blame us and we do not want any of that.

You could look at using Dorman or AMP instead of Phillips capital.

Do you mean Ninja trader is awful or Dorman? Or both?
