Hi, im a little confused about services I'm paying for. I'm using amp futures using package 5 sierra chart. I want to use footprint, heatmap and dom for futures day trading. What is break down of fees I'm suppose to pay? sierrachart charges $36/month for package 5, but amp futures offer only $25 CME bundle cost $15 from Amp denali exchange, both sierra and amp charges around $20-$25 is the $36/month that i paid through sierra includes the cme bundle? does denali exchange data important for day trading? does it give more accurate/better data? I recently deposit credit of $91 in my sierrachart account. I don't know why i only have $5 left in balance. Can someone check what exactly i paid for? Thanks |

how to cancel for next month and switch to denali feed? No option to click cancel in your link. how much more do i pay if I use denali feed? please explain the questions from original post as well. Thanks

We set the Sierra Chart exchange data feed you for your account to not renew for next month. For Denali feed just follow the instructions on this page November 1 or after: Denali Exchange Data Feed You do not pay any more by using the Denali feed. If anything you would just pay less. Did you help me cancel the sierra chart exchange data feed for next month? how come i still see only $5 in my account balance? you said denali exchange feed is cheaper, can you give me breakdown of how it is cheaper? For example, for sierra chart exchange data, it's $36 + $25 vs denali which is $36 + 15.75? saw earlier where I saw denali was $25? Please clarify, thanks.

We do not provide any further explanation. We did not say it is cheaper, we would say you would not pay anymore. It may be the same price and based upon what you are paying for the Sierra Chart exchange data feed it would be the same price unless you are using the SC order routing service in which case it is 20 USD per month.
