can I pause my recurring Exchange "Data Feed" and "Activated Exchange"?

I have subscribed to these services and I'd like to pause them (for a couple of months probably).

I already have sent funds to Sierra but I don't want to pay for this service as I won't use it until next year.

Is there any confusion with this?
Why is Sierra sending me the message that I will have to pay 300$ at the end of this month?
