Using Sharky as a Trading indicator and screen has been frozen for several days. If I logout and login, then the chart re-enters as current time but goes no further. Checked with Sharky and they are reporting there is no probelm with the software indicator.

The data is coming in as it shows in upper left as Green and moving, but the chart is not moving.

Please advise.

We cannot help with third-party technical indicators. We recommend that you run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode if they are causing any stability issue in Sierra Chart:
