I read the instructions on the sierra chart website, but i still have some doubts.
1 - i need to pay 20 usd/month for each new connection, limited by 3 additional.
2 - Do i need to pay the software fee too or only pay 1 software and install in 4 different machines and pay only the connections fees?
3 - if i need to pay only one software, but i will install in 4 different computers and will log in with the same account in the 4 machines, if i made any change in one machine, will effect the others?

I hope my writting was clear enough.

Thank you.

You are allowed to run Sierra Chart on 2 different computers at the same time with your standard account. If you want to run it on more than 2 computers, then you will need to purchase the Additional Systems for however many additional systems you want to run on. Each additional computer costs $12 USD per month.

You can activate additional systems on the following page (login with your Sierra Chart account if not already logged in):
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, does support multiple connections. You do need to activate and pay for the additional connections beyond 1. These are $20 USD per month. You can have up to 4 in total.

You can activate the additional data feed connections on the following page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures&UserID=174297#DataConnections

But the problem is, you cannot use a CME nonprofessional fee, with more than two systems. That is not allowed by the exchange. So you have to change to the professional CME fees.

are you allowed to run 3 instances - e.g. 2 instances on 1 computer, 1 instance on another?

You can run 3 total instances of Sierra Chart having 2 on 1 computer and 1 on another with just the 2 allowed systems that is standard. For Sierra Chart, the Allowed Systems is specifically different computers.

As noted above, however, this is different for the Data Feeds. But, on the same computer you can use either the Sub-Instance option, or use the DTC service to share the data. But you cannot do this to a separate computer, nor can you connect twice from the same computer. In these latter instances, you would need to have an additional connection, which would require an additional account right now.

Refer to the following for more information on sharing data to other instances on the same computer:
Using DTC Server for Data and Trading in Another Sierra Chart Instance

1. If I get a new computer and get rid of the previous computer, will Sierra Chart recognize this transfer and not count this as an additional computer?

2. If I am on an exchange & routing feed that is NOT the Sierra Chart Data Feed, and I make trades on the 1st computer, will the trading history show when I log into Sierra Chart on the 2nd computer?

3. Is there a limit to how many subinstances can be run at the same time?
