How can establish the connection with Transact?

Under the path >Global settings>Data/Trade service>SC Data-All Services I am able to connect but with no real time data and if I try to connect transact server I receive the message

CONNECTION ERROR MESSAGE FROM SERVICE: TransActWS|Account logon error: -1(1)|Date-Time: 2019-10-16
